Balanced Business Group has a new name. We are now Cultivar, a brand that reflects who we’ve become and the founders we proudly serve. This shift has deep roots for me personally, and I’m grateful to finally share it with you.

Our name may be new, but the spreadsheets, systems, and CPG fluency you count on are very much the same. This evolution is the next step in the same direction we’ve been growing together. We’re excited for you to see what we’ve been building.

Why We Chose The Name

To Honor Family and Founders

Cultivar reflects where we come from and who we serve. We wanted a name that honors that lineage and mirrors the work we do every day: helping something good grow stronger.

My parents were migrant farm workers who followed the harvest when they were young. Their story has always shaped the way I think about work, character, and taking care of people. They taught me to respect the hands that grow and make things, as well as the quiet, gritty work that allows others to thrive.

Our clients carry that same spirit. You are Founders creating products that feed families and building communities powered by the same blend of heart, hustle, and ganas.

Cultivar is our way of honoring that shared lineage of care, growth, and grit. It’s our way of celebrating both where we come from and the founders we’ve built this company to serve.
