FROM THE FOUNDER
Cultivar is more than a financial operations company for me, it’s how I honor my roots and build the future I want for my own family.
I am the son of migrant farmworkers whose families followed the harvest. I learned the value of hard work, resilience, and the quiet discipline of putting one foot in front of the other.
That early experience didn’t just teach me to push through. It made me care deeply about what ends up on our tables and the people working behind the scenes to make that happen.
Supporting Founders is personal for me, because I’ve been in their shoes. I’ve worn the Founder hat more than once, with some wins and some… let’s say… lessons along the way.
With some luck and a lot of student loans, I earned my MBA from Harvard, which sharpened my financial lens and deepened my belief that knowledge is a gift meant to be shared.
Those beliefs are at the heart of Cultivar. We’re not just a team of number-crunchers. We give Founders clarity, confidence, and the kind of guidance only those who’ve been in the trenches can provide.
That mission doesn’t stop at our doorstep. Beyond Cultivar, I mentor Founders through SKU and TIG Collective and invest in emerging brands as part of The Angel Group. That work keeps me close to the challenges and breakthroughs that define modern CPG.
